Anja Garcia

Anja Garcia is a lover of all things fitness and health. A former elite and collegiate level gymnast at UC Berkeley, Anja loves to Inspire the athlete within all her students!

With an undergratuate degree in public health, and a Master's degree in Nursing, Anja fuses her knowledge of health prevention and disease treatment to help motivate and coach her students to live and achieve their healthiest lives.

For over 10 years Anja has been teaching and bringing her passion for health and sweat to her classes, notably winning Equinox's Group fitness instructor of the year award in 2015. She is an elite trainer for Dailyburn.com and Cyberobics, a national presenter for PowerMusic, and a Nike trainer. But most importantly, she just loves to make everyone sweat!
