Beka Badila

Beka is a Los Angeles based personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Beka has been in the fitness world for 11 years. She received her first certification in 2007, YogaFit Level 1. She went on to become certified in YogaFit Level 2, SPINNING, Les Mills BodyPump, AFAA Group Training and AFAA Personal Training. Beka was a personal trainer and group exercise instructor for three years at Virginia Tech. Being involved in that program for three years helped propel her into the fitness world post graduation. She has worked in multiple studios and gyms throughout the years. You can hop in one of her classes in Los Angeles at Sweat Garage and Equinox. She also has private clients and mini group sessions which specialize in full body training programmed to facilitate functional and proper movement progressions while being fun and challenging.
