This 30-Minute Kettlebell Circuit Workout is no joke! First of all, I thought I had grabbed a 30-lbs bell to film with... turned out it was 55-lbs! As if the workout wasn't hard enough LOL 😅
You'll have three circuits in this routine. The first two circuits each contain 5-exercises, performed twice through. Then you'll finish with a challenging power circuit - also with 5 exercises - performed one time through... to fully ensure you are absolutely toast at the end of the workout!
