Sarah is bringing you a 30-Minute Quick 'N' Dirty HIIT Workout. Sarah doesn't repeat a single exercise in this entire routine! In each block, you'll have approximately 2-minutes of compound strength work, immediately followed by two 30-second plyometric cardio bursts (with modifications provided). Get ready for Sarah to challenge your strength, balance, coordination and endurance!
